Therapy is a place to feel heard, make sense of your experiences, and explore what matters to you.

My work supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, caregiver fatigue, burnout, and life transitions.

I draw on trauma-informed, attachment-focused, cognitive behavioural, and somatic approaches. For relationship work, I incorporate emotionally focused and Gottman-informed approaches. Together, we can find a pace and direction that fit your needs.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

It's okay to
have questions.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

Start with the free 15-minute phone consultation. You can share your concerns, ask about my approach, and get a sense of how it feels to talk together.

What happens in the first session?

We explore what brings you to therapy, relevant history, what is helping or making things harder, and what you hope will change. We'll also review consent, confidentiality, and practical arrangements. You can ask questions and set a pace that feels manageable.

Will my benefits cover psychotherapy?

Coverage varies by plan. Ask your insurer whether sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist are covered and what documentation is required before you book.

How can I pay?

Payment is accepted by cash, e-transfer or credit card. Appointment and payment information can be managed through Jane.

Is therapy confidential?

Confidentiality and its limits are explained in your service agreement and reviewed at the beginning of therapy. Please bring any questions about privacy or information sharing to your consultation.
